Subscriptions

Some parts of our Service may be accessible through subscription plans (“Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles can be monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription you choose when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Himachal Travelz cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Himachal Travelz to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to that payment method.

In the event that automatic billing fails, we will issue an electronic invoice with instructions for manual payment, which must be completed by a specified deadline.

Fee Changes

Himachal Travelz may, at its discretion and at any time, modify Package fees. Any changes to Package fees will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes in Package fees, giving you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any Package fee change indicates your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content you post on or through our Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our Service or may harm or offend Himachal Travelz or users of our Service or expose them to liability.
