• Receiving notifications from Gmail when new emails are received.
• Parsing emails with the assistance of AwardWallet or OpenAI to identify travel receipts (pertaining to hotels, flights, and other bookings).
• Creating a document on Himachal Travelz and storing the receipt on our servers if the email is determined to be related to travel; otherwise, any temporary data about the email is deleted.

Importantly, we do not store or process any emails beyond the outlined parameters. Notably, Himachal Travelz refrains from using Gmail data for ad targeting or serving, and no employees are permitted to access Gmail data, except in cases where we obtain written consent, or when it is necessary for security purposes (such as bug investigations and abuse monitoring) or mandated by legal obligations.
